Where Early Learning Meets Christian Values
We understand that choosing the right educational foundation for your child can be overwhelming, which is why our programs offer a thoughtful balance of classical Christian education and a nurturing environment. Here, your child’s journey is marked by academic rigor, character formation, and a loving community, creating a path to confidence, compassion, and lifelong learning at St. Stephen’s Academy. At St. Stephen’s Academy, our Pre-K and Kindergarten programs are built upon a foundation of God’s word and world, engaging students through play, songs, chants, and poetry memorization as the stepping stones to the development of reading, writing, and math. Our joyfilled classrooms cultivate a community of learners who grow in their love for others and God through our focus on character as described in God’s word. We believe in the power of community, where parents actively participate in Pre-K and Kindergarten activities, reinforcing school values and enhancing learning and character development.

- In the Grammar School, we emphasize mastery of fundamental knowledge and skills in an engaging and effective manner.
- Classrooms buzz with activities like chanting, singing, and narration, aiding in memorization and fostering imagination.
- We lay a strong foundation for future learning, emphasizing memory, engagement, and understanding of key concepts across subjects.

Scripture-Based Training and Character Development
Our program incorporates school-wide Bible memory and character training. This approach not only instills a strong spiritual foundation but also promotes the development of moral and ethical values from an early age.
Guided and Free Play in a Structured Environment
Balancing guided and free play within a structured setting is pivotal in our program. It fosters decision-making, social interaction, and developmentally appropriate academic learning, allowing children to explore and grow at their own pace.
Large and Small Motor Skill Development
Through a diverse array of activities, including guided play, games, movement, and exercises, we focus on the advancement of both large and small motor skills, crucial for the overall physical development of young children.

Our curriculum is rich in classic and contemporary English literature, including timeless works by Beatrix Potter and Winnie the Pooh to an array of poetry, rhymes, nursery rhymes, fairy tales, and more, fostering a love for language and storytelling.
